Franchise Process

    1. Learn about the brand and franchise requirements, and confirm your target region.
    2. Fill out the franchise application form and complete the initial phone screening.
    3. Attend an in-person interview upon invitation; successful applicants receive store opening authorization.
    4. Select a store location; the company will review and assess the site.
    5. Sign the franchise contract and pay the required fees.
    6. The engineering team will measure the site and provide a construction budget quote.
    7. Upon confirmation and deposit, renovation begins.
    8. Recruit and train store staff.
    9. After renovations and training are completed, equipment and goods are delivered. The company provides opening support.
    10. Final review of pricing and operations before launch.
    11. Grand Opening!
    12. Store enters regular operation.
